I still remember how disappointed I felt after reaching out for help. I was already frustrated, and then support pretty much ignored me and came across as rude when they finally responded. It left a bad impression and made the whole experience feel worse than it needed to be

I went in expecting a lot more since the price made it seem like it would be solid. The site was fine overall, but after using it, I didn’t feel like I got much value out of it. The more I looked around, the more it felt a little overpriced for what was actually there. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it kind of made me question whether I’d trust paying for it again.

The order itself was totally fine, but wow, the shipping was way slower than I expected!!! If you need this anytime soon, I’d probably think twice because it definitely didn’t arrive quickly!!!

I tried to return my order from Certified Calm, and the refund part turned into way more of a hassle than I expected. I figured it would be a simple email, send it back, wait a bit, done, but no, it took forever just to get a clear response, and I kept having to follow up.

I still haven’t gotten a proper update, which is frustrating because returns shouldn’t feel like a whole side project. Maybe their products are fine, I don’t know, but this experience really put me off. I probably won’t order again unless they make the return and refund process a lot easier.

Using Certified Calm felt like wandering through a digital maze with no map. I kept clicking around, trying to figure out where I was supposed to go next, and somehow even finding basic info turned into this whole dramatic ordeal.
Maybe other people have an easier time with it, but for me it was anything but simple. After a while, I just gave up because it felt like I was battling the website instead of actually getting anything done

I looked over the ingredients before I bought it and they seemed mostly fine, I didn’t see anything that really worried me. I do wish they were more upfront about where everything comes from, and there are a few extra ingredients I could’ve done without. It’s not bad at all, it’s just not quite as clean as I was hoping.
